At W for Woman, we want you to love your fashion choices; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 15 days of delivery. All products must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags intact to be eligible for a refund.

Log into your account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange along with the reason.
Quality Check Preparation
Pack the items securely in their original packaging and ensure all brand tags, invoices, and accessories are included.
Pickup and Transit
Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package and provide a pickup receipt.
Refund Processing
Once the returned product passes our quality inspection at the warehouse, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
